General
The Guild OM-140CE comes with an orchestra-style cutaway body with a deep sunburst finish and fitted with Fishman electronics. Part of the Westerly Collection, this guitar has an all-solid construction that frames masses of volume, resonance and clarity. The C-profile neck, flat fretboard radius and wide string nut provide more than satisfying playing comfort while details like the faux-tortoiseshell scratchplate, black and white purfling, and mother-of-pearl soundhole rosette are more than easy on the eye.
The OM-140CE and Fishman Sonitone Pickup
The acoustic sound of this Guild Westerly Orchestra model has enveloping warmth that's tight, transparent and deep. This tone is shaped by a solid spruce top combined with solid mahogany back and sides and is faithfully registered and amplified by a Fishman developed Sonicore pickup and Sonitone preamplifier that can be brought to taste using the provided volume and tone controls.
