Description:
One of the representative bands of the former Czechoslovakian rock scene, formed in the early 60's with Petr Janda (vo), Miroslav Berka (key), etc. and disbanded in 1992 but came back in 1994. The '74 album released by Gramofonovy Klub under the umbrella of Supraphon was reissued in '24 as a limited analog edition! In the early 70's, OLYMPIC had been changing bassists until Milan Broum joined the band in 1975, and this album is also a transitional album compared to the previous and following albums, as Jiri Korn and Ladislav Chvalkovsky are credited on bass. This is a transitional album compared to the previous and following albums. The band's internal situation may or may not have been reflected in the style of the album, as the psychedelic rock orientation of the previous album is fading away by the time of this album, and the album is more like the budding of a line after the late 80s, playing clear pop to blues rock with plenty of catchy melodies, which is their specialty, as shown on the jacket impression. The album is a budding of the band's later line in the 80's and onward. This album is a different kind of symphonic rock album from the next one, which is more spacey and symphonic rock. The master is remastered by Oldrich Zamostny.
